Frequently asked questions.
Everything you need to know about LAB 101 — ordering, delivery, product standards, testing and research use.
Orders and shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. Tracking updates may occasionally take time to appear or remain unchanged while a parcel moves between facilities.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual period, contact us. We’ll help investigate the shipment and keep you informed until it reaches you.
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location, the shipping service selected and the carrier network.
Most orders arrive within the expected delivery window, but occasional delays can occur that are outside our direct control. If this happens, we appreciate your patience and understanding while the carrier completes delivery.
Most importantly, your order is backed by our 100% Delivery Commitment.
Simple. Your order will arrive.
Once we accept and confirm your order, we take responsibility for making sure you ultimately receive what you ordered. If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost in transit or otherwise fails to reach you, contact us and we’ll investigate it with the carrier and, where necessary, arrange a replacement shipment.
Sometimes delivery issues take time to resolve, so we ask for your understanding while investigations are completed. No matter how long the process takes, we won’t simply leave you without your order..
If tracking indicates that your parcel may have been lost, contact us and we’ll investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Carrier investigations can take some time, and we appreciate your patience while this process is completed. If the parcel is confirmed lost or cannot reasonably be recovered, we’ll arrange a replacement in accordance with our 100% Delivery Commitment.
LAB 101 offers tracked delivery across Australia only.
Delivery times can vary depending on your state, postcode, regional location and carrier conditions. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch so you can monitor your shipment.
First, check around the delivery location, safe-drop areas and with anyone else at the address who may have accepted the parcel. Carriers can also occasionally mark parcels as delivered shortly before the physical delivery is completed.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us with your order number. We’ll review the tracking information and help investigate the delivery with the carrier.

Products and research
All LAB 101 products are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only.
They are not intended for human or animal consumption, self-administration, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary or cosmetic use.
All COAs and lab results are published alongside their corresponding batch information here.
Each document is associated with a specific batch so you can review the full analytical results rather than relying solely on general product claims.
01 — Purity Testing
Measures the purity of the tested sample and determines the proportion attributable to the target compound.
02 — Identity Testing
Confirms that the material tested corresponds to the expected compound.
We source our research compounds with a target purity of ≥99.5%, with a minimum purity specification of ≥99% across our range. This is higher than all other peptide suppliers in Australia.
Purity is evaluated through batch-specific laboratory testing where applicable, with documentation made available so you can review the results associated with individual batches.
Our research compounds are independently tested by Freedom Diagnostics in the United States.
The corresponding laboratory documentation and batch information can be viewed through our lab results.
If your reconstituted solution is cloudy or won’t go clear, don’t use it — send us a photo of the vial and your order reference and we’ll sort you out.
